Terms of service
1. Who we are
36 Chambers is the trading name of Tiernan De Souza, a sole trader registered in England at 31 Parkland Crescent, Leeds LS6 4PR, United Kingdom. Contact: info@36chambers.co.uk.
2. Using this website
The content on 36chambers.co.uk is provided for general information about our services. It is not professional advice, and we may change it at any time. You may not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use its content to build a competing service. All branding, copy and design on this site belong to 36 Chambers unless stated otherwise.
3. Services
36 Chambers provides strategic consulting, automation systems and managed advertising for martial arts schools. The scope, fees, term and any service-specific conditions for client work are agreed in writing with each client before work begins. Where those written terms differ from this page, the written terms take precedence.
4. Advertising services
Where we manage advertising on platforms such as Meta and Google, ad spend is paid by the client directly to the platform and is separate from our fees. Campaigns are subject to each platform's own terms and approval processes, which we do not control.
5. No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as revenue figures, member numbers or lead volumes. Results depend on factors outside our control, including the client's own execution, pricing, market and location.
6. Fees and cancellation
Fees, payment schedules, notice periods and any refund terms are set out in each client's written agreement.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under English law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, our total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid to us for that engagement in the twelve months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits.
8. Data protection
How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policy and cookie policy.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date of the current version is shown at the top of this page. Changes do not affect written client agreements already in place.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
